DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA DELIVERY COST?

We provide free delivery for all areas in Hong Kong except such areas as the airport, remote areas, restricted areas...etc

WHEN THE FLOWERS WILL BE SENT?

We send the flowers on the date of request by you, in between 10 am and 6 pm. 

We always try to finish all deliveries in the morning. 
We also make delivery for other time frame with extra paid of HKD 100-200 ( or HKD 200-300 during festival period). Click to upgrade

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do.

1. Basic card is for free. You may choose for other upgraded cards and add to the cart.​​
2. If we don't see you put any card in the cart, we will deliver the flowers set without any compliment card attached.

3. If you want us to help fill out a compliment card, don't forget to leave the content in the message field when check out orders.
4. We advise not to put more than 30 words to keep the card lean.

MAY I ADJUST MY ORDERS?

Yes, please contact our customer service to adapt your order.
Additional administration fee may be charged.
Orders with delivery date within 24 hours may not be adjusted timely.

MAY I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE?

We believe our customers only try to cancel order for unexpected situation. We accept for cancelation with handling fee.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Flowers are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. For this special business, please understand that we don't accept return of product.

The delivery will be basically same as what you see from the website. We are trying to arrange the bouquet everytime the same.
However, a slight difference is expected as each bouquet is individually hand made by florists with fresh and natural materials. Colors of flowers or

leaves may vary very slightly due to maturity or seasonal reasons. There may be a very small positive adaptation due to the shortage of materials. The main flowers will remain no change.

Packaging will be basically the same. When material is missing, we will replace it with others in matching colors.

WHAT HAPPEN IF I SUBMIT MY ANNIVERSARY DATE?

Our customer service will send your reminders so you won't forget to make arrangement for your beloved. We will also send you suggestion for

your own decision.

Our shop sends free gifts for selected registered clients and their beloved occasionally as a gesture and surprise. 

MAY I ASK TO REMOVE ALL THE REGISTERED NAMES AND DATES LATER?

Yes, you may contact us to remove your information anytime.
The registered information is used for us to serve you better. We will excuse from it if you might send us the instruction.

WHAT KINDS OF FLOWERS DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide fresh and elegant bouquets sets and boxed flowers from Roses, Carnation, Hydragea, Tulips, Bellflowers, Sunflowers, Lily...etc in different colors and other seasonal Foliage. If you do not see what you want from the listed items, you are welcome to contact our florists for more options or special arrangements. Please don't hesitate to order now.

WILL THE DELIVERY LOOK VERY DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PICTURE?

All our pictures are taken from real products, so the delivery will be basically same as what you see from the website.
