客戶想送由玫瑰鮮花堆砌而成的玫瑰熊仔給女友，我們坦誠告訴客戶我們暫時並未能提供這種產品，並告知到其他花店可買到。客戶卻說就是喜歡我們公司，希望由我們負責達成他的需求。於是我們人便聯絡行家，並購來轉讓給客人。客戶很感激，尤其他女友收玫瑰花熊仔時，非常開心。客人還在深夜專程發送訊息感謝本店及與我們分享喜悅，更主動表示會繼續向他的好友們推薦本店。作為花藝師、服務團隊及老闆，試問有什麼比起我們接二連三收到客人的信任及這些滿意的讚美和正面的肯定，來得更開心呢！？！

Once a customer wanted to send his girl-friend a bear made of red roses and contacted us.

However we did not sell those kind of products and frankly explained to client from the first place and advised him to get one from gift shops. To our surprise, the client saying he likes so much our shop that he would like us to arrange for him. So we contacted the supplier and help him send one to her girl friend who was super happy upon receipt the gift. Our client even sent us thankyou message in the middle of the night and to share us his happiness of pleasing his girl-friend as he wished. He stresses that he would continue recommending our shop to all his best friends. Being florist, customer service and boss of the shop, there are nothing else could make than happier than to receive compliment with satisfaction and the positive acknowledgement one after the other with trust?
